Mackenzie Balous, BSN, RN

Mackenzie is so strong. She lifted me gently yet effortlessly to comfort me when moving from bed to chair or commode. I am always in so much pain from my injuries, and Mackenzie comforted me that it wouldn't hurt that much since she had me. She would give me a bear hug and safely care for me. She is so strong.
