Mackenzie Cardo, BSN, RN

Mackenzie Cardo joined 3 Cohen in February 2023 as a new graduate RN. Although Mackenzie has only been a staff RN for about a year, she is energetic, compassionate, and empathetic which shows in the frequent compliments she gets from her patients and their families. Her light and friendly personality allows her to take care of some of our most challenging patients with ease.

Mackenzie has grown throughout the last year, volunteering to take the charge nurse class as well as the preceptor class. She takes her growing knowledge she gained as a new nurse and shares it with other new staff. She even spent some time in 2023 as a member of the Med-Surg Council, providing feedback on nursing documentation, protocols, and new products.
