The family of the patient who passed away stopped in the hall to say how thankful they were for the care their daughter received last night from Mackenzie. The mother said she did a great job, was very attentive and worked incredibly hard to help her daughter. They were so grateful for the support they received from staff on the unit.
I've received report from Mackenzie several times now in orientation and I've been impressed with her organization and skill. She is very thorough in bedside report and shows leadership on the unit.
