I have unfortunately made several trips to the Emergency Room due to my dysautonomia and panhypopituitarism and have encountered Mackenzie (and several other nurses) on several occasions. Mackenzie has always gone above and beyond to be professional, respectful, and most of all, incredibly kind. She truly shows that she cares about her patients.
