Mackenzie recently helped care for my parent during a hospital stay with a diagnosis of COVID -19 and bilateral pneumonia. She was able to go in the room, talk, calm down, and in my parent's words, "made me feel loved."
I cannot express the gratitude I have for Mackenzie. I was not able to be there as I wanted during this time, and she stepped in to make sure my parent knew they were loved. She simply walked in the room to talk and comfort my parent when they were scared. My parent was all alone, scared, and missing the family. I appreciate Mackenzie more than words can say. She was truly an angel that day and I am so grateful.
