Mackenzie wanted to do something special for one of our patient's children when their mother passed away. She went to her church and collected several items for the children and brought them in and gave them to the children's Grandmother. They were very appreciative of the kindness she had shown to them. She always goes the extra "inch" to make sure each patient and their family members are taken care of while they are here for treatment or a doctor's visit. IUH Bedford is very lucky to have such a compassionate, kind nurse in this young woman.
