Mackenzie Pendleton, BSN, RN

Mackenzie is a night shift Emergency Department charge nurse. She always goes above and beyond to help her coworkers and patients and never hesitates to help everyone. She has a positive and great attitude even during the chaos, and being so young and new as a nurse, she is the prime example of what a nurse and team member should be. She is up quickly to help with IVs, lab draws, clean rooms and beds when EVS is busy, help move patients, answer any questions, or find the answers when needed – anything you could want in a great employee. Mackenzie exemplifies these qualities and more.
