Macey was absolutely wonderful. I was running a low blood pressure for hours. Macey came in and immediately knew that something was wrong. She had seen where my IV was blown, she acknowledged that I was running a high fever and low blood pressure, and that I needed to get to the MICU unit fast.

If it wasn’t for her doing that, they wouldn’t have been so fast about getting my kidneys working in surgery. For that, I will be forever thankful for her. Getting back to the floor and seeing her as my nurse again was a blessing. We need more caring nurses like her working in this field, she cares about her patients more than just getting a paycheck.
