I was placed in the care of Maddi Tyler (among other very special professionals).

Maddi took her role very seriously and was meticulous with recording data, my patient care, and all the other tasks a nurse needs to complete.

Importantly she provided solace to me after my procedure and kept my spirits up.

Medical technology is new to me, as are procedures, and when I had any queries, she explained in a manner that was easy to understand and even provided some videos of various cardiac procedures.

She initially formed an alliance with my wife and other visitors and giggled away at our jokes.

Hospitals are a challenging experience for anyone, and Maddi Tyler deserves recognition for her professional, ethical and compassionate approach to patient welfare.
