The love and care that Maddi has shown for my wife are unequaled. 
My wife's difficulty speaking makes it hard for caregivers to understand her needs. 
Maddi is very patient with her and seems to instinctively know what she needs. 
When Maddi was going to have a day off and thought she might not see us again, she brought my wife a card and a small, meaningful gift. 
Maddi also showed compassion for me in this difficult time. 
Her love for her patient and myself will always be cherished by our family. 
We consider Maddi a part of our family in spirit.
