Maddy Evancie, BSN, RN, CPN

Maddy is simply exemplary. She is smart, creative, proactive, measured, compassionate, and has a tremendous EQ. She balances the needs of all stakeholders at all times with the well-being of our patients, informing every decision she makes. She also advocates for her colleagues in nursing and our partner medical assistants. She will do the right thing. Every time. She will be a positive presence in the clinic or back office. Every day. From where I sit, I can hear her conversations with parents sometimes, and it is precisely the voice I would want to hear if I were a worried parent calling in about my child. She listens and she cares, and this cannot help but be apparent to the person on the other end of the line. It is such a privilege to work with her, and she is so deserving of a DAISY Award.
