Madelaine nursed my dad over 2 shifts after his procedure. She was confident, kind, patient, and skilled in her entire care but was especially compassionate in calming me down when I had to leave. She showed my parents how to drain his catheter at home and discussed leg bag options patiently. She also noticed a slow drip situation with the catheter and prevented further blockage. She is the definition of an everyday hero!
