It almost seemed as if she was anticipating the call from the room for my needs and I noticed this as well with other rooms. She seemed to almost never stop and did her job with the utmost patience. While she did her checks, she would talk and listen to me and really helped with making me feel calm and at ease even though I was in the hospital and with my situation. She made me feel like we were almost like friends like I was more than just a patient. She helped me take my mind off of being in the hospital if even just a moment.
