My daughter was admitted to the hospital by the Children's ER team (great team, by the way). Madelene was the nurse who cared for my daughter. She was amazing! She identified with her and made her feel comfortable beyond reason. The next day was my daughter's birthday, and Madelene decorated her room and gave her a gift for her special day. My daughter was delighted and felt so special while being under her care. I'm a huge fan of St. Rose, but Madelene was the epitome of what great nursing looks like. Her bedside manner and personalized care of our daughter, I believe, make her a true DAISY Nurse.
