For example, when my dad was experiencing severe nausea and anxiety before a session, Madeline calmly reassured him, adjusted his medication with the doctor’s approval, and stayed by his side to ensure he felt safe and supported.

She also noticed when he was becoming dehydrated and promptly coordinated with the medical team to order IV fluids. Throughout his treatment and extended admission, Madeline took the time to explain each step clearly to both my dad and our family, helping us understand the process and what to expect. Her attentiveness was truly remarkable. She anticipated potential issues before they arose and acted quickly to address them. Madeline made sure my dad’s physical and emotional needs were met, offering reassurance and kindness during a very difficult time.

Her professionalism and genuine care brought comfort not only to my dad but to our entire family.
