My stepdad, who is eighty-two years old, was brought into Chatham Hospital because he fell and dislocated his shoulder. He arrived by ambulance. The doctor and Nurse Maddie, along with the CNA, were very professional and caring at the time of his treatment. They all cared for him as if he were a long-time NC resident.

My stepdad is from South Carolina, so they had no records to reference. They went above and beyond their calling for sure that afternoon. They were very upfront and explained every detail that they could before doing anything. They made him feel comfortable and kept him laughing in his time of pain. My family and I are grateful.
