Madisen Stephens, RN

My husband was brought into the Emergency Department, and Madisen was his first contact. When I was allowed into my husband's room, Madisen came to get me, and of course, was my first contact. Always pleasant and professional, willing to keep using the loop of multiple issues at hand. My husband has Parkinson’s, as well as several other medical issues, and was being treated for congestive heart failure. It was very helpful for him to hear simple terms that were more understandable to calm him and lower his blood pressure. Madisen was very attentive to our every need and request, which made us feel confident in all the care this nurse provided. Even though Madisen felt like a ping pong ball in a slammed Emergency Department, she always made us feel special. Thank you for being so special!
