She is so amazing when it comes to caring for our son she interacts with him and also advocates and reaches out when we had concerns and made sure that our needs were met. She has been the person that we can trust and felt that our son would be okay if we weren’t there because she was, she has made this hospital stay bearable because of all of these things! I just felt like she cared about my son and that he was important to her and that’s what we loved the most, we knew that he was important and she made us feel like he was safe.
