Madison was taking care of a critically ill patient who started to decline through the night. She called family and had them come in. Due to COVID restrictions, visiting is usually not allowed but Madison called the ICU supervisor and was able to facilitate family visits and move to comfort care for them. She went above and beyond for the patient and her family.
