Madison is an angel sent from above! During our stay, she not only exceeded her responsibilities and nurse tasks but also supported our family in areas where other nurses didn't, not that they weren't great. Madison went out of her way to help us get some rest and she taught us techniques and strategies to make parenting a newborn easier. I felt that she understood my struggles. Madison wasn't just listening to listen; she listened and showed genuine care and concern for my family and me. Madison is someone who made our stay at this hospital comforting. She demonstrated compassion and how much she loved her profession.

Madison went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable postpartum. My son was not sleeping well at night, so I had a limited window to rest. Madison was extremely understanding and considerate with us when I needed to rest. She would be flexible and work around us so we would not be disturbed or interrupted when resting. She was so kind and understanding when she came into the room, and we could really tell how much she cared about her patients. I also noticed she helped another patient who was alone and had no one to help her hold her baby so she could rest. Madison spent extra time with that mom, helping her to get some much-needed rest while also checking on me to make sure I didn't need anything. She clearly was wonderful at managing her time, her many job duties, and the stress that comes with it. I truly appreciate everything she did to make us comfortable. Her help and level of care made our stay so much more enjoyable.
