Madison Glass, RN

My wife D was a patient in the ICU for a week and a half. In that time, Madison was there to help my wife in every way to keep her comfortable. Whenever D pushed the button, she always knew that her favorite nurse would come running and do whatever she could. Before my wife passed away, Madison came in and told her that she had grown very fond of her and that she would miss her. Madison took the time to come in and say goodbye to D before she started a different rotation. All the nurses in the ICU were amazing and should be commended, but Madison went above and beyond to take care of D in her final days. This is why I feel that Madison Hein should get the DAISY Award for her compassion and dedication to her patients. She has a heart of gold and needs to be recognized for it.
