Maddie goes above and beyond whenever she takes care of my mom. She listens to my mom. My mom had a couple of issues with getting her oxygen switched from the mask oxygen to the nostril oxygen so she could eat. Maddie gave my mom her number so that she could call her directly which gave my mom (and me) peace of mind. Maddie also brushed my mom’s dentures which I think is above and beyond and made mom feel so good. I’m sure Maddie is like this with all her patients. Mercy Health is lucky to have a nurse like Maddie!
