Madi was able to be with me before and after my delivery, and for that, I am so thankful.
During my induction process, Madi was my nurse for the first few nights while on the L&D floor. My pregnancy was met with complications, including pre-eclampsia, which caused me to need additional medication and a catheter. Madi talked me through every single thing the doctors were doing/planning. She demonstrated the utmost compassion that simply can not be taught! Madi was kind, patient, attentive, and a great listener to all of my fears. She held my hand and validated my feelings.

During my time in labor and delivery, Madi was the sole reason I was able to stay strong and deliver my twins. She listened to my concerns, validated my feelings, and provided exemplary care. Her kindness and compassion were something that can not be taught from a textbook - it is evident that nursing is her calling. My first pregnancy with twins and having pre-eclampsia was very scary for both my husband and me. Our time in the hospital was quite and adventure. Madi made sure to answer all of our questions and calm our anxieties. For two nights straight, I was blessed to have Madi as my nurse. Madi was able to be with me before and after my delivery, and for that, I am so thankful. She helped me walk, change, and feel like a rockstar after my delivery despite the pain and discomfort. She is truly a lifesaver, and I will forever be thankful to her for giving me the confidence to deliver my twins.
