Madison "Maddy" Pasdernick, BSN RN

I am writing to formally recognize and commend Maddy for her extraordinary contributions to our practice over the past three months during the absence of one of our nurse practitioners. During this time, she has consistently gone above and beyond in supporting both our patients and me as a physician.

Her commitment to excellence and her willingness to give generously of her time — even during periods that would typically be considered downtime — have been nothing short of remarkable. Most notably, her compassion during patient encounters has been on frequent display. She routinely spends additional time with patients who need reassurance, education, or simply a listening ear. Her genuine concern for their wellbeing is evident, and patients clearly feel supported and cared for in her presence. She exemplifies the core values of our healthcare system in every interaction.

One particular example of her dedication occurred when she chose to forgo attending a Pain Management Center luncheon in order to remain in clinic and spend additional time assisting with patient care during her lunch hour. This was not an isolated instance, but rather reflective of her consistent prioritization of patient needs and team support.

Maddy is an incredibly hard worker — kind, compassionate, upbeat, and full of life. She clearly loves both people and the work we do. Beyond her clinical contributions, she helps establish a culture within our office that is positive, energetic, and infectious. She is a natural leader whose attitude and work ethic elevate the entire team.

I cannot adequately express how thankful I am to have someone like Maddy on our team. Her commitment to patient care and to our center is truly exceptional, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding example she sets every day.
