Madison is a great example of a caregiver who goes above and beyond for our patients. She is able to introduce our new patients to our wound care world in a way that allows them to feel comfortable, heard, and empowered.  She takes the time to listen to patients, explain procedures in detail, and answer any questions. Recently, we had a patient who required a wound vac, and Madison was able to ensure that all paperwork and insurance were set in order for that patient to receive their wound vac within a week's time. This was a patient who desperately needed this, and the action taken by Madison was swift and demonstrated genuine care and empathy for that patient. The wound care team is very thankful for a caregiver like Madison.
