Madison Obmann, RN, BSN
Madison was the nurse for my 3-year-old son during an unexpected visit to the ER. My son was in a lot of pain, and I was very anxious to determine the cause, but I remember feeling relieved after just a few minutes of interacting with Madison. She worked quickly to get us the diagnostics and answers that we needed to reach a diagnosis.
The whole time we were at the ER, I felt confident that she had our best interests at heart and really cared about what was happening to my son. When the EMS drivers prepared to transfer us to a larger hospital for emergency surgery, I was impressed and thankful for the attention to detail Madison showed in passing along key pieces of information to the EMS team. In a world where things can easily get missed, I felt like Madison showed extra effort to make sure that didn't happen. I will forever be grateful for her kindness and expertise during a very scary time for our family.
