Madison went above and beyond. I don't believe that girl ever sat down once. She advocated for us many, many times especially when it came to getting to go home. She helped answer any questions we had during our stay in the NICU. Even when her assignment changed, she continued to come by and check on us and help us with everything! She was by far the BEST NICU nurse in the room! She is quite social and informative, helpful, and caring. Amazing qualities for a new mom with a NICU baby. The biggest thing was her ADVOCATING for us and asking questions we had and being on point never blowing us off. We appreciate her very much.
