Madison Tibbetts, RN

I was assigned to shadow Madison in the ED at Saint Elizabeth Mercy Health as part of my critical care clinical. The ED was incredibly busy that day, yet Madison still took the time to be personable with each and every patient she had. She also went out of her way to help other nurses on the unit to complete tasks and volunteered to assist others. Every patient we came into contact with, Madison took the time to engage in conversation, answer any questions they had, and meet all of their needs. She took on her assignment eagerly, completing tasks efficiently while ensuring I gained a valuable experience and providing additional educational support. She openly allowed me to shadow her for the day and went out of her way to ensure I could observe and participate in positive experiences in the ED that would help build my skills as a student. She is wonderful at what she does, and I thoroughly appreciate that she made each and every patient feel seen.
