It is nearly impossible to pick the perfect posy from the field of DAISIES! I'm reminded of the well-known expression, "fresh as a DAISY", referring to someone well-rested and full of energy. In spite of long hours and tedious work, these RNs and Aides epitomize that phrase and have been fantastic! They've been kind, pleasant, and encouraging to my 90-year-old mother. Everyone we have encountered has been helpful and friendly. I've been most impressed by how staff treat one another. They communicate with gratitude and respect, even in the most unpleasant situations. It's heartwarming to watch. I certainly didn't plan on being a bystander for over a week, but m unplanned stay was made more pleasurable to the cordial treatment. Madisyn Renn was the yellow center among the white petals for the most challenging day. She went over and beyond expectations to help me solve issues with Case Management.
