Madi went above and beyond in making our family/my mom feel cared for right after a quadruple bypass procedure. My mom is young and was feeling discouraged. Madi was quick to encourage her, including bringing her a new cocoa butter chapstick and string lights to make her room feel less like a hospital room and more like a home. She was kind, efficient, and positive. For any need my mom had, she was right by her side to fix it. It's nurses like Madi that help patients fully recover and have a healed heart.
