Madona has been a godsend for my dad and my family during his recent hospitalization. Madona gives my dad excellent care, encouraging him to eat, shower, bringing him snacks and extra coffee. She is firm, but kind to him. I am not always able to be with my dad at the hospital. Madona always takes time to provide a detailed report about my dad’s condition when I call her. She answered all of my questions and helped point me in the direction of help from other resources if needed. Madona made sure it was clear to the entire nursing staff to contact me about any problems or concerns with my dad. She went out of her way to make sure I had peace of mind about his care, even when I couldn’t be with him in person. She contacted the doctor multiple times on my behalf with my worries and questions. Madona made my dad’s hospital stay as comfortable as possible through excellent care and helped me as a family member with her patience and kindness.
