I had to schedule a walk in appointment to arrange to have some procedures done. I was seen by nurse Woolford who took an hour and a half to make calls and helped get the right answer to my problem and arranged follow up. I received the follow up phone call within 24 hours telling me my procedures were scheduled. I was amazed and thankful to nurse Woolford for providing assistance when no one else could help. I would like to thank her for going the extra mile!
