My wonderful nurse Mae is in a class all by herself. She is not only compassionate but passionate as well. She was very professional while still being able to make you smile and laugh. She seems to love her job and her patients. She treats you like a loved family member and is always alert to my needs. She knows just that little extra that will make me feel better. She is an extraordinary nurse and human being. Her healing abilities go beyond her medicines. She was able to handle a very difficult patient without losing what any other person would consider impossible. I came in alone and left truly feeling loved and cared for. I will miss her. She goes above and beyond everything anyone would consider just a job. She takes you under her wings and lifts you up. I fell by my discharge I am losing a very dear friend.
