Mae has an extremely great personality, listens to what the patient is saying, anticipating your needs, and fills them. Mae made a great personal assessment of my medical pain determent the correct action to take without delay. I was admitted to the hospital with extreme shoulder back and abdominal pain, which she treated accordingly to the doctor's plan. She was always cheerful considerate, concerned, and actually listen to what I had to say. I remember it was 2 am I was in pain 7-8 and laying in bed. She heard me moaning I didn't ring the bell, she was doing her job on the IV bag she gently asked me if I needed something for pain? A few minutes later I was doing better. After surgery, she told me to stop chasing pain and ask before the pain scale gets too high. So my body can recover. I'm famous for waiting too long. Instead, I listen to her and remained comfortable thanks to her kind spirit and caring heart. Daisies are my favorite flowers and this nurse deserves to be recognized for her dedication. Her kindness her high energy.
