Maebelle comes across as a most personable, highly engaged, and efficient Senior Nurse. She is able to juggle multiple tasks by means of delegation and clear customer communication. She has a good memory for detail and is strong on forward-thinking and planning. I have benefited from all of these qualities and for the purpose of this meaningful experience, I will specifically focus on the time-saving and convenience that she has provided for my wife and me as users of Mediclinic by coordinating with doctors and being willing to work a longer day to provide common appointment times for us so we can make a joint, single visit to the clinic.

Maebelle is indispensable in the dermatology clinic. Always ready to go beyond the call of duty. She is the main person doing the phototherapy treatment at the clinic. Exceptionally kind and thoughtful. One young boy who has done over 100 sessions of phototherapy refuses to come for the treatment unless she is the one doing the treatment. Every one of the phototherapy patients has a special word of appreciation for her. Patients needing appointments or prescriptions find it a problem to get an appointment directly call or mail her and the work gets done. She follows up meticulously on any task assigned to her.
