Maegan Crowder, RN

My stepfather was sent to MSTICU from Farmville last Saturday. We had an epidural bleed after a fall. Papa died overnight, in the early morning hours, and my mother was not able to make it in time to be with him. She let me know that Meagan was at his bedside for his final transition and that because of her he did not die alone. There is pure goodness in a nurse who takes the time to hold the hand of a dying man in his final minutes. I never got to meet Meagan but I will forever be grateful for her attention and kindness to our family.
