My husband was hospitalized following joint fusion surgery. He was unable to walk and was in severe pain. We found that Maegan exemplifies the values of Crestwood Hospital: compassion, service, and professionalism. She is an excellent representative of the hospital. She impressed us with her ability and knowledge in answering all questions about the drugs she was administering and their interactions. She was never late with the medications and went above and beyond by setting her alarm to ensure she was on time. Her friendly and empathetic demeanor never failed to put a bright spot in my husband’s painful recovery. Her above-and-beyond service, attention to detail, and patient-oriented behavior are qualities of a true professional.

During the late night, the fire alarm went off, concerning all on the 3rd floor, especially my husband who could not walk. She made a point to come tell us it was a false alarm so we would not be fearful. We found her to be an extraordinary employee. Thank you!
