Magda made an ordinary day in the hospital a little extra special for one of her patients. It was her patient's 50th birthday and Magda arranged for cheesecake and a group birthday serenade by her co-workers. The patient wrote that Magda turned an "otherwise sad birthday" into something special. Magda went the extra mile and made her day!
This patient wrote that she was frequently in the hospital and Magda was by far her favorite nurse. She described Magda as being compassionate and having a caring heart, a spring in her step, and a smile on her face. The patient went on to stress how Magda was knowledgeable and thorough. The patient noted that Magda always "crosses her T's and dots her I's."
The patient continued to share that what Magda does every day makes her stand out above all other nurses. "You are lucky to have her on your staff," wrote the patient. Thank you, Magda!
