I've been a patient at NM McHenry Hospital for some time. Maggie has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that I was physically and emotionally cared for. She talked one through an emotional breakdown and always treated me like a friend. She printed out random cat pictures and taped them all over my hospital room to make me feel at home. She brought in decorations and hats on NYE because I spent the week receiving chemotherapy. She was always in my room just seconds after my IV pump started beeping to reset the machine or give me my next dose of meds. Maggie always checked in on me just as any good friend would but most importantly she provided top-notch nursing care that should not go unnoticed. I will always remember Maggie in a special way that made me look forward to coming to the hospital for chemotherapy treatment.
