My mother was a patient at Camden Clark Hospital and died in August. She had been a patient in the hospital on numerous occasions, and this time her stay was approximately 2 weeks. During this stay, we could not say enough about the wonderful care she received. Each employee we came in contact with was pleasant, caring, and went out of his or her way to make Mother and the family as comfortable as possible.
But one employee stood out above the rest. She was exceptional in taking care of
mother and in communicating to the family how she was doing, what the doctor noted, and why certain changes were made in her care. She was the one who called and explained the need for the Bipap machine and later explained how the
machine worked and why adjustments were needed. We felt so confident in her
relaying of information that we did not feel it was necessary for us to speak to the
Doctors each day. She was efficient, caring, and compassionate, and is certainly
an asset to your hospital. Everyone should be lucky enough to have a nurse like
her.
