At one point, I found myself overcome with emotion of everything going on, and Maggie walked into the room to me in tears. Her presence and support made a significant difference, helping to alleviate my distress and restoring a sense of calm and positivity in the midst of a challenging moment. Seriously. It's such a refreshing thing to see someone who truly cares for her job and the people she encounters.

S is still talking about the Easter egg hunt today, and we are incredibly grateful to Maggie for her kindness and creativity. She is a shining example of the exceptional care provided by your team, and I wanted to ensure that her efforts are recognized and celebrated.
