The nurse I would like to nominate for this position should come as no surprise. Maggie is exemplary in regards to patient care and their experience. No matter what she is doing, how busy she is, she always finds time to explain everything to all of her patients and their families. When she has downtime, she is either helping out another co-worker or spending quality time with her patients. She is consistently complimented on during rounding, and is an absolute joy to have on our team. Anyone that knows her knows that her patients all adore her too. Maggie is a hard worker and one of the most compassionate and thoughtful people I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with. Her work ethic with her patients is nothing but perfect and consistent. She truly is one amazing and incredible nurse.
