Maggie was nominated by a patient she was prepping for an outpatient procedure. The patient stated that Maggie had provided excellent quality of care the entire time by explaining what to expect at each point in the procedure. She was very concerned for the patient when discharging and took extra time to explain what she needed to do after she was released and to make sure if she had any issues to call. She was very kind and considerate and very professional the entire time and she truly felt she received outstanding, quality care.
