My husband was a patient here and he had Ms. Maglicka as his caretaker for 1 or 2 days. During his stay, he coded. When Maggie heard the call, she came running. She helped with whatever could be done or needed. She even assisted with his compression during CPR.
When I arrived, I could not stop crying; I was shaking badly. She escorted me out of the room and took me on a little walk down the hall to calm down. It did me wonders. She talked with me and even got my mind so off the current situation. She had me smiling! I know it's customary for a hospital caregiver to assist where/when needed, but I feel Nurse Maggie went above and beyond the call of duty and this makes her a DAISY Nurse.
