Mags was obviously the lead nurse in our situation. She took charge, took the time to understand my specific situation, and quickly took steps to try and get me as comfortable as possible within the parameters allowed. She was extremely compassionate and seemed to understand what I was going through. I've had a lot of hospital procedures and stays over the years, and she was easily the best at what she does. A perfect mix of conversation and business.

Mags was very efficient in her work and responsive to calls. Her bedside demeanor was top notch and her cheery attitude brought happiness to the room whenever she was present.
