Maha Hauter, RN

I honestly do not know if I would have handled my hospital as well as I did if it had not been for Maha! She taught me everything about my condition - blood sugar, diabetes, Metformin, Insulin, and so much more in a way I understood. The last day I was in the hospital, Maha continued to be so encouraging. I told her I was not only going to get healthy, but I was going to reverse the diabetes, and she was so supportive. She gave me the encouragement and tools to do just that. I write this 4 1/2 months later, and I have lost 50 lbs., and I am no longer a diabetic. This would not have been possible without Maha, I feel certain. She helped me, educated me, supported me, and gave me encouragement to be healthy. She was my lifesaver, not just my nurse.
