Mai is an excellent and efficient nurse. She has so many good qualities.
كنت في وحدة و بنتي مولوده ولادة مبكره و ابلغتني الدكتوره ان بنتي تعاني من مشكلة في الامعاء و غازات في المعده و تم توقيف الرضاعه و نفسيا انهرت و بدأت بالبكاء فوجدت الممرضه مي بجانبي و تهون علي بكلامها و دعمتني نفسيا و طمئنتني و جعلتني اشعر بالارتياح وان ابنتي ستكون بخير و حاليا ابنتي بصحه جيده و ما زالت تتطمئن عليها و تتابع ابنتي و تطور حالتها و مازالت تدعمني نفسي

Mai is an excellent and efficient nurse. She has so many good qualities. She is kind, thoughtful, approachable, patient oriented, resilient, has long patience, passionate, and more. She has many skills. She shows care, empathy, critical thinking, adaptability, resourcefulness, creativity, attentiveness to details, astuteness, analysis of patient responses to treatment, good assessment skills, and communication skills. Words are not enough to express how grateful we are for Mai as the nurse of our baby. Especially because it is our firstborn, and we know babies are very fragile. And we are very sensitive as it is our first time.
I don’t know if she realizes that, but still she treats and takes care of our baby with care and love. I wanted to write more but I think this is already too long. I hope nurses will be as good as Mai. A very excellent, competent, proficient nurse. Thank you Mai.

The day my one twin was discharged from Scbu B was a very happy and meaningful day for me and my husband because our baby was finally going home after 21 days of stay in the NICU. Ms. Mai made all the arrangements for discharge. She also took care of my daughter because she was the nurse in charge that day. I want to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Mai for all her support.
