Maikel Gonzales has been a kind and caring advocate from day 1. He learned everything he needed to know about me. He was and is a very caring person. He has a great personality. He makes the patient feel special. He is showing that he cares about your needs and has the expertise and knowledge to back up what he is talking about. He is an extraordinary team player that works with his PCA and is an amazing leader. In order to be a great leader, you have to be a team player and know the limitations of your team. He mentors the people on his team, and they work together. I call him and his crew my “A Team.” The morning crew are so in sync that they flow well together. His compassion extends to the families he cares for as well. He went above and beyond for my mom, dad and boyfriend and made sure they were okay throughout the whole process. I will always remember what he did for my life, and I am forever grateful.
