When my daughter was transferred to the inpatient unit from the Emergency Department, Nurse Maitha was assigned to care for her. From the very beginning, she made us feel safe and supported.
Ms. Maitha took care of my daughter with so much kindness and professionalism. She explained every step and every procedure in simple words, which helped reduce our stress as parents. She always made sure my daughter was comfortable, calm, and not worried. Because of her gentle approach and constant reassurance, my daughter recovered faster and felt truly cared for.
