MAJ Benjamin Kaufman, RN

I presented to the ER triage with a chief complaint of shortness of breath and pain with coughing. Major Benjamin Kaufman addressed all my concerns, and I immediately felt reassured. He demonstrated sincere professionalism and compassion. Eventually, I was seen by the ER provider and diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, a potentially life-threatening condition. I feel that the prompt actions made by Major Kaufman helped save my life and prevent further complications. I am forever grateful for him.
